| Waverley Court is a social housing facility operated by Wulvern Housing which is a large housing association in South Cheshire.
The block houses 94 individual flats located over twelve floors.
Following an extensive procurement process Wulvern Housing awarded the contract to D & A Systems Ltd, for replacement of internal main electricity supplies to each flat and renewal of lighting to communal areas. |

In brief the project involved the provision and installation of new cabling, containment and switchgear for the internal mains, and the renewal of circuits and luminaires for communal lighting.
The works were undertaken whilst the flats were occupied and were programmed to ensure that disruption to tenants was kept to a minimum, and that changeover of power supplies was achieved in the shortest possible time.
Overall, the project was delivered within budget and in line with pre agreed time scales. |
